Personnel is a division of the Pastoralists and Graziers' Association
of WA and has been established for more than 75 years as a specialist
rural placement agency.
The
PGA is a non-profit industry organisation established in 1907, representing
more than 4,500 producers involved in the meat and livestock, wool and
grain producing sectors of Western Australia.

Selection
Our main priority is ensuring that the best person gets the job. Whether
it be Senior Managers, seasonal or short term workers, juniors or general
farm workers we endeavour to place the person that suits your requirements.
All potential employees are reference checked and asked to produce police
clearance before referrals to employers are made.
Fees
A fee for service is charged. Our fees are calculated as per our Terms

Guarantee
PGA Personnel provides a guarantee period for all placements. The guarantee
period varies dependent on the natural of the employment eg. casual
or permanent positions.
